What makes you different from other photographers? Why should someone hire you? I am a professional photographer, reliable and serious in my approach to my work. I offer combination of elegance and photojournalism in the images I create, and strongly believe in providing excellent customer service.
What's your coverage area? I provide photographic services in New York City and Northern New Jersey.
What is included in your basic wedding or portrait package? My wedding packages are customized for every couple I work with. I realize that every couple is different and adjust my services accordingly. To get a general idea, visit "products" section of my site. I also carry liability insurance to satisfy requirements of any wedding venue in NY area.
What is included in your basic Maternity or Fine Art Studio package? As with all my packages, I offer image correction, online gallery, oversized prints and albums to all my clients. I do my best to accommodate expecting mothers before, during, and after the photo sitting. If discretion is desired, I take additional steps to ensure the privacy and safety of the images. Who will be taking pictures at my wedding? I do not use subcontractors.
How would you describe your photographic style? What does this mean? I have experience in both photojournalistic and traditional styles. This enables me to provide my clients with elegant and stylish images while working unobtrusively.
How many pictures do you take during the wedding or a portrait sitting? I work with my clients prior to the event to determine the style and type of images they are interested in. It enables me to deliver the product that covers your special day in its entirety without being bound by any limits. The goal is to tell the story and have more than enough to choose from for a contemporary album.
How quickly will I receive my prints? The online gallery (password protected) will be made available within one week after the wedding or portrait session.
Can guests view and order images online? Guests will be able to order reprints online.
Can we request both color and black & white photography be used at the wedding? Yes, I do both color and B&W photography at the wedding.
Do you bring an assistant to the wedding? I always bring an assistant and often bring the second photographer to provide my clients with the service they come to expect from me.
Can I keep the negatives? What about the proofs? I offer my clients the archival DVD with full resolution images. If the Proofs are ordered, they are yours to keep. For more information, visit the "products" section of my site
What kind of equipment will you bring with you? Do you bring backup equipment? I use professional digital equipment and always bring backup. I also carry lighting equipment in case I need to supplement or enhance the available light. I can also provide my clients with images done using film-based medium or large format photographic equipment.
Are you current with the latest trends in wedding and portrait photography? I always stay current with the latest trends being a member of Professional Photographers of America, attending photography shows, and communicating with my peers.
What is your customer cancellation policy? My terms and policies are in line with industry standards. They are specified in my contract and reviewed by my clients beforehand.
